Manage the Payment List
To open the list of payments, hover over the Payments menu and select Payments (Accounting).
There are two lists of payments in the system, Accounting Payments and Management Accounting Payments. Learn more about these payments in this module.
The list displays all project payments captured by the system. You can always hide unnecessary columns using the column settings in the upper right corner.
If necessary, you can swap the columns by dragging them by the header, and change the column width.
You can also choose between two table display modes. The Normal mode will display the full contractor name or the entire text of the note, while the Compact mode will display strictly necessary information only.
Filters and searches
To find the required payment in the list, you can either use the quick search field by entering the name of the contractor, company or payment number, or use an advanced search with more filtering criteria.
You can also use a quick filter. To do this, you need to hover over the required source, contractor, date, payment type, advance report or contract, and the filter with the selected source will be used.
Add Payment
You can add a new payment by clicking Add Payment. Learn more about this feature in this module. If you do not want to enter the same data several times, you can copy payments using the Repeat button. To do so, click the green arrow on the right and the system will open an Add Payment screen with pre-populated fields. Make the necessary changes and click Save. The system will save the new payment, and it will be immediately displayed at the top of the list and highlighted in yellow.
If necessary, you can export the list of payments by clicking Export. The Excel file will be downloaded to your PC.
In the Management Accounting Payments list, you can customize the Commission Fee view. To do so, select Columns or Rows in the drop-down CF list. By default, the CF list is displayed in columns, i.e. the Amount, CF and Amount with CF will be shown in three different columns, and when Rows is selected, only the CF amount will be shown.
