Exporting Actor’s Script Sides
The system supports instant export of scripts for a specific character or actor.
To use this feature, go to the page of the character or actor that you have selected. Click on “Character’s script sides” in case of character or “Actor’s script sides” in case of actor.
You can specify the range of episodes along with the range of scheduled shooting dates in the window.
You can use these filters either individually or in combination. Select the format for exporting the file (.doc or .pdf) and the method for grouping the scenes (by episodes or by shooting dates).
If you group the script to be exported by episodes, the scenes will be arranged by reference to the episode number in ascending order (in the same manner as in the stripboard). If you choose to group the script by shooting dates, the scenes will be arranged chronologically specifying the shooting date by reference to the built shooting schedule.
In addition, you can export the character’s and actor’s’ script sides for a specific shooting day from the call sheet settings page. To do so, go to the “Export” menu on the call sheet page and select “Character’s script sides (Word)” or “Character’s script sides (PDF)”.
You will see a list of characters and actors employed on that day.
Please note that certain browsers do not support simultaneous downloading of multiple files by default. In this case, you will have to authorise this operation in the pop-up window or the browser settings.
