Tags
Tags are intended for convenient categorisation of system items. For instance, you can create an “Expedition” tag and attach certain actors, sets, and scenes thereto in order to be able to filter the data with this tag in the analytics, in the lists, and in the elements usage report. Thus, for instance, you will be able to obtain the information about the cost of elements used in the expedition.
You can add tags either directly from the pages of sets, actors, etc. (using the ‘plus’ icon to the right of the “Tags” field) or in the “Tags list” section of the “Project`s settings” menu.
Click on “Create tag”.
Enter the tag name in the pop-up window and specify the tag color. You can select the color from the list of colors or open the palette to the right.
Tags may be attached to most system items, including scenes, actors, characters, locations, elements, etc. We will illustrate this feature by explaining how to add tags on a character page.
To attach a tag to a certain element, you need to go to the element page and select an existing tag or add a new tag by clicking on the ‘plus’ icon.
You can filter data by tags in the lists of characters (and other lists). To do so, click on “Filters” and select the desired tags.
You can also sort data by tags in the “Project analytics” report and the “Elements usage report”.
