Expense Report

You can view all project costs broken down by months by selecting the Expenses Report in the Reports and Analytics menu.

 

This report contains a table with Accrued, Paid and Accrued/Paid (showing the difference between accrued and paid) columns. You can see both total and monthly figures. 

 

You can also choose a convenient view, such as a view by items with linked contractors.

 

Alternatively, you can select a view by contractors with items. 

 

There is also a view by Contractors (Accounting) with the information on Contractors (Management) and items.

 

If you need to display data without a Commission Fee, check the corresponding Net of CF box.

 

If necessary, you can filter the data by date, statement, item and contractor. To do so, click Filters. 

 

If necessary, you can open the Contractor and Item pages, where all payments and accruals will be displayed. 

 

To export the report, click Export.
